MON
Running afoul of Robbo outside grease monkeys, Mason summons the full weight of his acting talent in order to demonstrate his contempt toward him

Mason's acting is truly Ned-like in it's awfulness

Robbo then reiterates his desire to have Mason give him money. “When I don’t have money, I get bored,” he tells Mason. “And when i get bored, I like to post stuff online.”

"Me too!" gushes Mason, misunderstanding the threat. "Have you seen the 'cat playing with plastic bag' video? Hi-larious!"

The rest of the episode is concerned with Robbo’s efforts to seed discontent among the Erinsborough populace, which he achieves principally through distributing pamphlets for charity, until Mason can take no more and convenes a meeting of the Erinsborough brains trust to figure out a way to stop him

"I've got it!" exclaims Mason. "We get him to become a full-time member of the cast, at which point he will immediately renounce his former bullying ways and become a Top Bloke and model citizen, just like what happened with Kyle."

Over at number 32, a sudden interruption to the brains trust arrives in the form of Hudson, who announces that his family is loaded, and can easily provide the money to make the problem with Robbo disappear.

"My name isn't really Hudson," he explains. "I'm actually Kerry Packer's long-lost grandson, Fudge."

After negotiating a price with Robbo, Mason tells Chris and Josh to give the money to Robbo and to stall him, so that he might ‘search his laptop’to ‘make sure there are no other copies’

Naturally, they don't consider the possibility of external hard drives, thumb drives or cloud storage, because what would teenagers know about technology anyway, right?

Over at no.30, Josie arrives at the front door and asks to see Callum. Toadie calls for him, and while awaiting his presence, proceeds to make small talk. “So why do they call you ‘Lamb Shanks’?” he enquires.

"Well, I guess you could say that I like to slowly stew in my own juices, with a complex arrangement of herbs and spices, until I'm fork-tender, if you know what I mean," she replies. Toadie doesn't, but politely pretends to.

Later, at the Erinsborough community hall, the ‘Dads of Erinsborough’ exhibition is underway, which to me always seemed like a cheap, slightly absurd way of serving as a set-piece catalyst to develop an ongoing storyline.

And so it is as Sonya grabs a beverage from a table laden with cups of assorted refreshments. As she takes a sip and returns the cup, Robbo arrives to harass her, but is soon chased away by Toadie – but not before reaching for Sonya’s glass and subtly dropping a pill into its contents.

“That’s my glass!” complains Sonya, meekly, prompting Robbo to apologise – “my mistake!” and reach for another.

Robbo's entire plan, it seems, was for Sonya to take umbrage at him 'stealing' her free cup of apple juice from a table full of them, and in so doing, prolong an interaction with someone she wants to leave her alone as soon as possible

Later, at Robbo’s hovel, Lucas participates in, and loses, a game of poker against Robbo – and it’s suddenly made clear how Lucas could have let gambling previously send him bankrupt, as he goes all-in with a pair of jacks.

"Two of my cards are the same!" ponders Lucas. "How could I lose!"

“Two of my cards are the same!” ponders Lucas. “How could I lose!”

Needless to say, Lucas is short of cash, though Robbo suggests that an IOU will suffice in the interim. The writers do seem awfully fond of IOU’s at present.

Afterward, having swindled the townsfolk and feeling on top of the world, Robbo heads out for a stroll..

After being taunted, the individual then proceeds to grievously injure Robbo..

I look forward to seeing Nell Rebecchi named as the culprit.

WED

The following morning, Matt begins his investigation into Robbo’s injuries at home, asking Amber if she knows where Mason is, as he has some questions for him. He goes about this in the same expressionless, monotonous way he conducts all of his affairs, not appearing to be morally conflicted in any way

For a seasoned cop like Matt, investigating their own son for attempted murder is just another mundane ritual, like coffees and donuts at 11am

Over at no.30, Toadie is awakened by Sonya with the news that Robbo has been injured in a car accident. This comes as a nasty shock to Toadie, whose last memory is of waking up several hours earlier behind the wheel of a car. Naturally, this could prove highly problematic to Toadie, who has prior form in the field of killing people while driving

"Ok, lets get our story straight," panics Toadie. "I was parked by the side of the road, thinking of childrens charities I might like to donate to, when Robbo sprinted into the front of my car at approximately 60 kilometers an hour."

THU

At the coffee shop, Amber tells Imogen that Robbo had filmed their night of passion. “Imagine if he’d uploaded it?” she asks. “My life wouldn’t be worth living!”

Over at his apartment, Paul has a secret rendezvous with his henchman, who informs Paul that Robbo has been dealt with. He offers to tell him the particulars, but Paul ‘Information is Power’ Robinson elects to remain ignorant.

"Thanks for the offer, but I just can't imagine any scenario where I might need to know specific information about the actions of the crony i hired who may have just murdered someone."

FRI

Over at no. 32, the brains trust are in possession of Robbo’s laptop and wish to sift through its contents to determine whether another copy of Amber’s sex tape exists. However, first they need to ‘crack’ Robbo’s sophisticated safeguards.

Meanwhile, over at Charlie’s, Lou parades his new date, but while he’s occupied, Sheila seizes the opportunity to ruin his evening, telling his date that Lou is actually some sort of gigolo

And over at the gym, Hudson showcases the powerful physique that makes him one of Australia’s top sprint swimming prospects

Like the noble penguin, his narrow frame, thin bones and smooth plumage gives him unrivaled maneuverability in an aquatic environment

Later, Josh’s reluctance to participate in the big swimming competition is partially explained, as he lifts his shirt to reveal a bruise, which a helpful flashback from Josh’s perspective shows was sustained in a fistfight against Robbo

Unfortunately, Josh lost the fight, as he'd used up all his continues trying to get past Piston Hurricane.
